The Planning Application has been received by Spelthorne BC – it can be viewed on the Planning area of their website http://www.spelthorne.gov.uk references 15/01718/LBC and 15/01718/FUL. A hard copy is also available for the public to view at the council offices.
As expected following the previews, our concerns are in respect of the height, size & quality of this development plus the issues of traffic & parking. The deadline for comments is 26 January. More detailed information will be added here soon.
